Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy explains your options for canceling a True Nature order, subscription, or replacement before it ships.
CANCELING A NEW ORDER (BEFORE SHIPMENT)
Once an order is placed, it enters our warehouse system within minutes. To request a cancellation:
- Email info@trytruenature.com immediately with your order number and the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #[your order number]".
- Or contact our customer support team during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm EST).
If we receive your cancellation request before the order has been processed for shipment, we will cancel the order at no cost and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If your order has already been processed and shipped at the time of your request, we cannot cancel it. You may still return the unopened product under our standard return policy or use the 30-day money-back promise.
CANCELING A SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL
You may cancel your True Nature subscription at any time through your account portal or by emailing info@trytruenature.com.
To avoid being charged for the next renewal:
- Cancel before your next billing date (visible in your account portal).
- Cancellations must be received before payment is processed and the order is queued for shipment.
Once a subscription order has been billed and is being prepared at our warehouse, that specific order cannot be canceled. You may still return it unopened under our standard return process.
There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment periods, and no penalties for canceling a True Nature subscription.
CANCELING A REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE
If we are processing a replacement or exchange for you and you change your mind, contact us at info@trytruenature.com before the replacement ships. We will cancel the replacement and process the refund instead.
CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION
Every cancellation is confirmed by email. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your request, please reply to your original message so we can verify your request was received.
